HIVE is experimental software that deploys autonomous trading agents on Solana prediction markets. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Trading risk
Agents trade real funds autonomously within the limits you configure. Prediction markets are volatile and speculative; you may lose some or all of the funds you allocate. Past performance of any agent, strategy, or preset does not predict future results. Nothing on this platform is financial, investment, or trading advice, and no outcome is promised or implied.
Non-custodial architecture
Your savings wallet is controlled solely by your passkey. HIVE cannot access, move, or recover funds in your savings wallet. This also means we cannot help you if you lose your passkey or send funds to a wrong address. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
Autonomous operation
Agents act without human review of individual trades. Software defects, network failures, market conditions, or third-party service outages (including the underlying prediction-market protocol and Solana itself) may cause losses, missed trades, or delayed settlement. The platform's safety mechanisms are designed to fail toward inaction, but no software is defect-free.
Experimental status
This platform is in active development. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.
Third-party dependence
Markets are provided by third-party protocols we do not control. Market resolution, pricing, and settlement are determined by those protocols, not by HIVE.
Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that using this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Prediction-market trading is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. This platform is not available to persons in jurisdictions where such activity is unlawful. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
Fees
The platform charges no deposit fees and no profit fees. A platform fee applies to savings swaps, and the current rate is shown on the swap confirmation before you sign. AI usage is billed in AI credits at the published credit rates. No management, withdrawal, or lockup fees. Solana network fees and Jupiter market fees are charged by those networks, not HIVE.
For example: deposit 1 SOL and the full 1 SOL reaches your agent; withdraw $100 of realized profit and all $100 reaches your savings. Your principal and your profit are both fee-free.
