Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
HIVE ("we") operates hiveagents.tech, a platform for autonomous trading agents on Solana. Contact: support@hiveagents.tech.
2. What we collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers, processed by our authentication provider, Clerk (clerk.com). If you sign in with a Web3 wallet, we receive your public wallet address. We do not collect your name, physical address, or government ID.
- Wallet and trading data: the public Solana addresses of the wallets created for you, your agents' configurations, and their trading activity (positions, deposits, withdrawals, fees). Note that blockchain transactions are inherently public.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, requests) for security and operations.
3. What we do NOT collect
We never hold your private keys or passkey. Your passkey lives on your device. We do not collect KYC documents. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
4. How we use data
To operate the platform (authentication, displaying your agents and balances), to secure it (abuse and fraud prevention), to comply with legal obligations, and to contact you about your account. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics (e.g. total platform volume) may be displayed publicly; they are never linkable to you.
5. Third parties we rely on
Clerk (authentication), Turnkey (savings-wallet infrastructure), Amazon Web Services — KMS (agent trading-key management), Vercel (website hosting), Hetzner (server hosting), Solana RPC and Jupiter (blockchain and market data). Each receives only what its function requires and processes it under its own privacy terms.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies required for authentication (session cookies via Clerk). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser, not in a cookie.
7. Data retention
Account and trading records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and security purposes. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle. Blockchain data is permanent by nature and outside our control.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact support@hiveagents.tech to exercise these rights. Note: we cannot delete data recorded on the blockchain, and some records must be retained where the law requires.
9. Security
Access to systems is restricted and credentialed; keys and secrets are stored outside the application where possible. No system is perfectly secure. See our Disclaimer.
10. Children
The platform is not directed at persons under the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
