Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing or using HIVE ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms, our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. The Service
HIVE provides software for deploying autonomous trading agents on Solana prediction markets. HIVE is a software provider, not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or counterparty to any trade. All trades are executed on third-party protocols we do not control.
3. Non-Custodial Nature
Your savings wallet is controlled solely by your passkey: HIVE cannot access, move, freeze, or recover the funds held in your savings wallet — only you can, by signing with your passkey. Your trading agent moves funds in its own trading wallet autonomously, but only within the deposit, position, and risk limits you set. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your passkey and authentication methods; loss of your passkey may mean permanent loss of access to your savings. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
4. Autonomous Agents
Agents trade automatically within parameters you configure. You acknowledge that: (a) agents act without human review of individual trades; (b) you are responsible for the parameters you set; (c) markets, software, networks, and third-party services can fail; (d) you may lose some or all funds you allocate to an agent.
5. Fees
HIVE charges 5% on deposits into an agent and 2% on realized profit when withdrawn to savings, never on principal. Fees are disclosed at each action and may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively.
6. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use prediction markets there. The Platform is not offered where such use is unlawful. You are solely responsible for your local legal and tax obligations. You may not use the Platform if you are subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
7. Acceptable Use
You will not: attempt to breach, probe, or overload the Platform; interfere with other users' agents or funds; use the Platform for unlawful purposes including money laundering; misrepresent your identity to circumvent access controls; or reverse-engineer non-public components.
8. Platform Status
The Platform is in active development ahead of its public launch. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may suspend access to platform features (never your ability to withdraw your own funds) for security, legal, or operational reasons.
9. No Advice; No Guarantee
Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance of any agent or strategy does not predict future results. No profit or outcome is promised.
10. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIVE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR FUNDS ARISING FROM TRADING OUTCOMES, MARKET BEHAVIOR, THIRD-PARTY PROTOCOL FAILURES, OR YOUR LOSS OF CREDENTIALS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO HIVE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless HIVE and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
